We had an incredible stay for my sister’s wedding. Our room was clean, beautiful, and quiet. The pool and hot tub were clean and so much fun. The staff was helpful, accommodating, and wonderful to be around.

The hotel is located in a quiet and scenic area. Breakfast and dinner are available and are very good. I think a hotel shuttle bus would be helpful.

We have friends in Salt Lake and also Sandy. This hotel is the perfect in between. I can hop on 215 and be in SLC in 15 minutes. And I can jump on Wasatch and be in Pepperwood in less than 15. It's quiet, clean, and reasonably priced.

Expedia says the property doesn’t charge for parking but they do. The key system in the elevator is annoying. The staff at the bar are pretty unfriendly. The view at the property is beautiful and the ski decor was cute. Internet access available only if you joined the Marriott Club Rewards program.

Gorgeous location at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon. Minimal visibility of staff making it difficult to address issues at front desk and to order at bar. Inside and outside tables dirty - never saw staff cleaning these areas. Had to get new room keys made daily - stay said they were changing how they programmed their keys. Was inconvenient for us. I do not recall having to pay $15.00/night to park at a Courtyard in the past.

Location

The place was built in the last few years but already looks decades old. Bathroom in room had handprint stains on the walls? Bistro tables were filthy both mornings. Loud road noise both nights. Only reason to stay here is location.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have visited in recent memory. The staff is professional and outspoken, amenities abound and the architecture of the building, as well as the room layouts do not dissapoint. The included breakfast is excellent, and lobby, recreation area's are creative and fun to explore.
