Housekeeping is just great always there when we needed them. The front desk staff is great too! From check in to check out all staff are always very helpful. This is definitely our go to hotel when traveling for business. Thank you to all of you who make our experience great every stay!

The room had some nice upgrades but needed some updating in the bathroom. Cleanliness was lacking a bit as our feet were black from walking in the room with no shoes. The shampoo dispenser was only filled with enough for one head of hair. The pool and area was nice. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful including warm foods like eggs, sausages, and potatoes. The gated parking was much appreciated and we never felt unsafe even with the proximity to the downtown. Walkable to the train for ease of transport to events at Rice Eccels Stadium.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood however was sketchy. There were many, and I mean many, unhoused/unwashed people loitering around the property. Thankfully, there is a locked gate around the hotel which does help it feel safer. Bottom line, if you need a clean, no frills room at a decent price and don’t care about the dilapidated downtown neighborhood, then this is your place.

Conveniently located to downtown, surprisingly quiet, safe with a gated entry and outdoor access to the rooms vs a noisy hallway. Room was well set up, clean, bed was comfortable, serves a full breakfast. I would stay here again.

The front desk staff were amazing and friendly! However, the room was terribly dirty. Crumbs and piles of hair all over the floor and clumps on hair on the floor by the bathtub. Dead flys in the window, thick layer of dust on the bathroom counter area. The only indicator that the room was “clean” was that the bed was made. Even the toilet paper rings, one was decorated like a refresh and the other was all rolled down and dangly to the floor. Prior to us using the bathroom. If we didn’t have a toddler running around trying to eat the debris all over the floor, my husband and I could have made it work. But with a small child, it was too much so we chose to leave.
