When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions. “Great property , great location ,great parking , very clean , poor communication and greeting . The reception lady needs to work on her people skills . what would have been ten out of ten for our experience was let down by her tone and attitude …. Both on arrival and check out . But apart from that a great place to stay”

“El hotel funciona en un edificio antiguo que solia ser una cerveceria y es realmente precioso pues han incorporado elementos modernos a esa arquitectura. Estaba bien ubicado a 600 metros de un paseo maritimo en donde habia una buena variedad de restaurantes muy bonitos. El espacio (contratamos un departamento de dos habitaciones) era generoso y muy elegante. Destaco (porque realmente me impacto) lo comodas que eran las camas. Volveria a alojarme! ”
