It’s a perfect location for Portaventura. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good with lots of choice. Rooms were very clean and the maid visited daily. Beds were very comfy. All in all a great stay.

Day trips to Barcelona

Very nice hotel in a great location and a great breakfast buffet! For 6 Euros extra a day, my wife and I had one of our two meals a day. Some decent entertainment most days.

Very nice hotel in a quieter area of Salou. A 10 minute walk to the beach. Staff were lovely and more than helpful. Nice pool with a spa as well. Entertainment provided for the children. Breakfast buffet not so bad either.

Excellent location for PortAventura and the Beach.

For the price we paid to stay for a week you couldn’t fault it. Hospitality staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It’s location to both PortAventura and the beach also make it ideal, 10 minutes from both. Rooms although basic were more than adequate, maybe modernising them should be a priority for the future.

The location made it super easy for us to walk to PortAventura within minutes, also to the beach and town centre. Family friendly and good facilities. The breakfast lacks fruits, they offer a lot of fried items but very little in the healthy side.

Rubbish hotel definitely not 4 stars! 2 stars at best! Breakfast was terrible they had a Spanish omelette out on the hot counter looked nice and was only thing that looked edible! it was ice cold in middle had to microwave to heat it but it was horrible day two wasn’t any so just had toast. The chef can’t even cook eggs he makes one side and leaves the raw on a plate and when asked a question to actually cook and egg he was rude!! The room was crap booked a quadruple room paid full price for 4 and got a double bed and a pull out bed for our stay in a double room!!! We had a baby and asked where the kettle was in our room they offered us a kettle for €2.50 rental I actually thought it was a joke but it’s seriously a charge. The only plus it is near the Port Adventura but definitely not worth the money there may be better in salon that offers a shuttle bus to the park. I couldn’t recommend this place at all only If stuck and for heavens sake don’t even bother adding breakfast if have to book its disgusting

Pelo fato do hotel ser muito grande , tem q andar com dinheiro ou cartão para adquirir bebidas , petiscos , pq tem q pagar na hora , inclusive nas refeições, paga as bebidas na hora .€20 para utilizar o cofre no quarto e depois só te devolvem €10 . Apesar de ter muita gente no horario das refeições, tudo é reposto, muita comida e saborosa

Accueil chaleureux et hôtel propre. Nous regrettons toutefois d’avoir eu une chambre au-dessus du bar, où des soirées disco avaient lieu. Tous les soirs, le bruit de la musique a été un vrai problème, parfois jusqu’à plus de 23 heures. De plus, les couloirs résonnant énormément, le passage des clients nous a réveillés à plusieurs reprises. Nous ne conseillons pas cet hôtel aux personnes ayant le sommeil léger ou ayant besoin de beaucoup de repos.
