Staff all amazingly helpful and friendly. Spa was a bit compact but ok and clean. Pool fine, although staff at the pool bar seemed a bit rushed off their feet and there was a couple of occasions where quite a queue built up. However, staff still friendly and happy.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. Clean and well kept. Apartment building slightly different age to main hotel but once in the apartment, the room standard was high again. Beds and linens very comfortable. Nice area for younger kids to chill in out of the sun and play games etc. Pool was gorgeous. And no saving sun loungers! Breakfast excellent with a great choice. WiFi not great outside the main building/lobby/lounge areas, that is my only little negative. But it was a good excuse to switch off more and not even look at phones.

The hotel itself was ideally located and impecably maintained by staff. I do however have 3 complaints. According to my booking a complimentary bottle of wine was to be provided upon check in. The bottle was eventully brought to the room on day 3 of 4, after i mentioned it. The bottle had a cork, no corkscrew provided. ew complaints the biggest of which was that when I asked to speak with the manager regarding my concern that in the expedia property listing it states that umbrella and chairs under beach ammenities only to find out that they cost $20 euros a day to rent. Why would these not be listed as extra fee items versus ammen. Inoncern I was told by several staff that they would be in later in the day only to find out on my 4th visit that they were not scheduled to work that day and would not be in....why not tell me that in the first place. I did leave my name and number and was never contacted.

We absolutely loved this hotel it was so clean! We had a room way larger than expected overlooking the beach it was perfect we couldn't have asked for more . The food every morning and evening was a different menu so we didnt feel the need to eat anywhere other than the hotel all week. Over all id rate this hotel a 10/10 from our experience. Clean fresh smelling hotel. When first arrived room smelt a bit funky like a damp mouldy smell think it was coming from the shower but after getting a shower and opened doors on to balcony the smell went. Would definitely recommend the only other thing i would say is there was no air-conditioning switch in the room it wasn't too bad in October but I wouldn't have liked to stay there in july or August

The Hotel was very good. The Breakfast was great and offered everything. The staff were excellent and very proffesional.My only problem was the hotels veiw on Drinking Water. 2 bottles given on arrival but nothing after that, not even if you paid for it. Its the only hotel I've ever stayed in worldwide where drinking water was not readily available for Guests, so stock up before you go to bed.
