The hotel is nice, we had a premium 2 bedroom and it was modern and clean. There are not enough sunbeds for guests which meant that people start queing for sunbeds at 8.20am (when the pool doesnt open till 9am). The lifeguard doesnt start till 11am so this meant people had reserved sunbeds and not used them for at least the first 2 hours. The entertainment team do a good job and although we didnt get involved in a lot of it there was plenty on offer. The food from the snack bar was good value.

This is a great place for families - the apartments are basic but clean and with everything you need. The aircon works well. The hotel staff are friendly. The kids activities and mini-disco were a big hit with our 6yo. The best thing about the hotel is the location: a few blocks from the beach, lots of shops and a big supermarket nearby. Recommended!

Excellent hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is excellent. We really got our moneys worth and then some. The location is perfect. Nice staff, good food, lovely pool area. We will definitely be coming back.

pool area crowded all the time a nightmare. bath towels torned old and grey. shampoo and soap very cheap. day and night very noisy at night, crowded with young people do not behave. towels hanged on balconies.tv only local spanish channels, tv minus size. coffee maker not provided. elevators most of time not working. breakfast strict minimum, quantities min. staff unfriendly, not cooperatif, no empathy, no listening. i will not come back.

Positiv: - Insgesamt ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel. - - Sehr sauber und abgesehen von den in die Jahre gekommenen (langsamen) Fahrstühlen alles auf modernem Stand. - Restaurant (Frühstück, HP oder VP möglich) war gut. Angebot überschaubar, allerdings angemessen und täglich wechselnd. Getränkepreise fair. - Eigentlich ruhige Lage. Dennoch nur wenige Minuten zur belebten Strandpromenade. - Schöner Poolbereich. Kinderfreundlich. - Da die Anlage nicht zu groß ist, insgesamt entspannte Atmosphäre. - Personal sehr freundlich. Negativ: - 80€ Kaution in bar beim Check-In erforderlich - nicht zeitgemäß! - Es gibt ein ganze Seite an Hausregeln, die man unterschreiben muss (z.B. kein Ballspielen im Pool), allerdings scheint es toleriert zu werden, wenn einige Gäste bis weit nach Mitternacht äußerst lautstark im Poolbereich/Innenhof das halbe Hotel wach halten (bei uns 2 von 3 Nächten). Hier sind vielleicht die Zimmer zur Straße empfehlenswerter als die (aufpreispflichtigen) Poolview-Zimmer. - Bei Buchung über reguläre Hotelvergleichsseiten hat das Hotel große Probleme bzgl. der Abrechnung und bittet um Voucher, die es so nicht gibt (z.B. über Expedia). Hier sollten dann die jeweiligen Buchungsnummern helfen. Fanden wir aber irgendwie seltsam, dass dies so kompliziert ist.

Endroit très bien. Propre et fonctionnel. Très bon petit déjeuner. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Trouver une place de parking est un exploit dans le quartier. Nous avons regretté que les lits ne soient pas fait dans la partie pièce à vivre et une demande d’argent en liquide en guise de caution. La communication mériterait d’être améliorée dans l’annonce

Très bien. Hôtel bien situé, en face d'un grand parking (6 euros les 24h, raisonnable donc), à 5 mins à pieds de la plage (qui est au bout de la rue), à 10/15mins du centre et des restaurants, pourvu d'un ascenseur et d'un personnel de sécurité à l'entrée. Piscine agréable et grand balcon !

Wat een topverblijf! We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen doorgebracht in dit apartement hotel. Er was voldoende parkeergelegenheid, het appartement was super schoon en mooi ingericht, en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. We komen hier zeker terug absoluut een aanrader!

Sentral beliggenhet og serviceinnstilt personale. Fungerte utmerket for et kort opphold. Lytt, men det lå ørepropper på rommet. Langt ifra det beste hotellet jeg har besøkt, men i forhold til prisen jeg betalte for et tremannsrom, var dette veldig bra! Litt kjedelig at man måtte ut av rommet for å komme til badet.
