“Unfortunately, the previous reviews are right. This was an old Best Western that is now in private hands and the hotel is just not kept up. Room cleanliness overall was not good. Floor was dirty and dusty every day (I don’t think they ever swept). “Room was huge and really lovely Themed rooms. Staff couldn’t do enough for you & the garden & general hotel were really good. Good eat as much as you want breakfast. No tea making facilities in rooms which is a must for British travellers. That 1st cuppa.”
