This hotel is an exact mirror of where American lodging is headed.....its a 2-4 story luxury/budget facility, modular furnishings, room microwave/refridgerator, iron, and LVP flooring. The building could have been a Comfort Inn, LaQuinta, Holiday Inn Express, or Drury Inn. You have stayed here 500 times. It was quiet, safe, and the internet was excellent. Lot's of TV channels but very complex to use. One of the friendliest staffs I have ever come in contact with. Breakfast was the usual for this class of hotel. Spent $80, including tax which was on the low end for this city.

Parking lot first night we were there had people drinking beer around parked cars. Some sitting on curb blocking people from parking in spots. Outside trash cans full all weekend.
