Rooms are clean. AC everywhere. The waterpark is nice but only on the weekends, during the week some attractions are closed. But overall, i would recommend and be staying there again

Very disapointed.We drove 4 hours from Belem to Santopolis especially to stay in this hotel for the park for 3 days.Unfortunately the park was closed.Not mentioned before.After 3 days when the park was open,only one or two atractions were open.Not nice special for the kids.The hotel was clean and the staf were nice.

O café da manhã tá parecendo aqueles de dias exército, comidas muito rápidas e mal preparadas, os ovos estavam com cheiro estranho, os sucos são de polpa e não tem mais suco de laranja, o café da manhã perdeu a qualidade, e foi algo exclusivo desse resort, os demais em Salinas aumentaram um pouco o preço do café e mantiveram a qualidade.

A estrutura é excelente, funcionários atenciosos, mas hotel não está preparado para receber grande demanda. Poucos funcionários, a recepção lenta , foi preciso cobrar para que colocasse um para atendimento preferencial o que é obrigatório por lei . Pela estrutura e valor do resort acredita-se ter um café continental e no entanto pede-se um omelete e a resposta que não há pela alta demanda. A tapioca algo tão típico do norte não fazem na hora e sim na ilha quente ressecando e falta de opções no próprio buffet . Ficamos até depois da alta demanda e perguntamos pelo omelete não tinha , outras comidas não tinham mesmo constando no cardápio . Só descobrimos o SPA e salão de beleza no último dia porque fica escondido nos fundos da torre 2 e não há no hotel inteiro nada que divulgue sobre . Funcionário informou que isso tudo porque a maioria dos funcionários são só diaristas . Infelizmente foi uma experiência não das melhores.

No quarto precisa de abajus nos criados mudos, pois para desligar as luzes temos só um interruptor na porta de entrada do quarto tendo que usar a luz do celular para chegar até a cama. Outro ponto negativo é que o estacionamento precisa urgentemente ser melhorado e ampliado. Teve uma noite que não tinha vaga e tive que improvisar uma para deixar meu veículo, um absurdo total.
