Very disapointed.We drove 4 hours from Belem to Santopolis especially to stay in this hotel for the park for 3 days.Unfortunately the park was closed.Not mentioned before.After 3 days when the park was open,only one or two atractions were open.Not nice special for the kids.The hotel was clean and the staf were nice.

No quarto precisa de abajus nos criados mudos, pois para desligar as luzes temos só um interruptor na porta de entrada do quarto tendo que usar a luz do celular para chegar até a cama. Outro ponto negativo é que o estacionamento precisa urgentemente ser melhorado e ampliado. Teve uma noite que não tinha vaga e tive que improvisar uma para deixar meu veículo, um absurdo total.

Tudo dentro dos conformes. Eu amo esse lugar. Só poderia melhorar algo que sempre reclamo, mas o hotel não dá ouvidos, a música que toca na área da piscina é MUITO ALTA, a gente não consegue conversar ou falar no telefone. A escolha musical também é muito ruim, é depressiva, em um dia lindo de sol está tocando MELIM, aquelas de chorar, só música triste, totalmente em desacordo com a energia do dia, do sol, da vida. E todo dia repete as mesmas músicas deprimentes. Não dá, gente! tem que colocar alguém experiente para cuidar dessa seleção de música e diminuir esse volume, vamos lá para descansar e não para uma boate.

Gostei bastante, tudo muito limpo, organizado em ótimas condições, apartamentos aconchegantes com moveis bem conservados. O parque aquático é maravilhoso com muitas atrações para as crianças e adultos também, piscina de ondas (na verdade é uma praia artificial) é muito bonita e divertida, salva vidas a postos. Recreação na beira da piscina com o tio Paçoca foi tudo de bom, ele é ótimo! Achei isso o diferencial para que aja interação entre os hospedes tanto adultos quanto as crianças. Tem muitas coisas para as crianças se divertirem, além do parque: brinquedoteca, karaoke, cinema... são tantas coisas que não deu tempo para aproveitar de tudo. O café da manhã é maravilhoso com uma variedade enorme de alimentos servidos. Eu adorei e minha família também, já queremos voltar, e, na proxima com um tempo maior de permanencia
