Very disapointed.We drove 4 hours from Belem to Santopolis especially to stay in this hotel for the park for 3 days.Unfortunately the park was closed.Not mentioned before.After 3 days when the park was open,only one or two atractions were open.Not nice special for the kids.The hotel was clean and the staf were nice.

A estadia foi maravilhosa. Nossa família amou o local. Os funcionários sempre muito simpáticos e solícitos. As piscinas são ótimas. A sala de jogos muito boa. O apartamento lindo e tudo bem novo. O café da manhã muito bom e variado. O único ponto a reclamar foi as abordagens para poder vender cotas do resort, creio que poderia ter um ambiente de venda no local, mas não na forma que acontece. A abordagem na maior parte do tempo acontece após o café da manhã. Mas apesar da abordagem, os vendedores respeitaram que queríamos apenas curtir nossas férias e não tínhamos interesse na compra.

Incrível atendeu minhas expectativas

Ficamos no apartamento térreo e foi uma experiência não agradável, visto que, a grama do lado de fora, causou uma infestação de formigas e outros insetos dentro do apartamento, os quais nos incomodaram muito, portanto, solicitem apartamentos a partir do primeiro andar. Peçam apartamento normal, não para deficientes. Já o café da manhã aos finais de semana é bem mais completo, durante a semana eles deixam de servir diversos itens como tapiocas e suco de laranja. O suco de laranja servido não é natural. O hotel tem procurado melhorar ao longo dos últimos meses, porém ainda deixa pontos a desejar, apesar da infraestrutura completa e nova. Hóspedes tem entrada exclusiva incluída para o parque aquático Aqualand, o que para quem está com crianças, é algo importantíssimo, podemos entrar e sair diversas vezes. Uma parte não muito agradável, são os vendedores das cotas no hotel, que nos incomodam e ficam insistindo para comprarmos, mesmo quando demonstramos desinteresse.

Foi muito boa porém faltou informações sobre o parque está fechado Em dois dias que ficaram no período que estive hospedado. A comida também não é satisfatória porém o restante é excelente.

Achei que o resort não deixou a desejar a nenhum hotel internacional de praia. Café da manhã farto e instalações novas. Só fiquei receosa com tantas recomendações quantos aos pets não poderem sequer circular no chão. Quando o hotel aceita pet, ele não pode fazê-lo de forma superficial e impedir que o animal pise o chão de qualquer área. Entretanto, percebi que a recomendação da chegada não era exigida de forma rígida e que os animais podiam circular na coleira e tocar o chão ao lado dos tutores, o que nos deixou menos incomodados. Quanto ao resto, nota 10.
