Great hotel for Salina Cruz shopping, with a car!

Great hotel room, really clean and quite spacious. Much preferred the room and the breakfast to the One Hotel which is down the road and onsite for Walmart, Sam't Club and Liverpool. But you'll probably have your car to load up the shopping, so this City Express is my preference.

Business Hotel

This is a newish hotel specifically designed for business travellers. Rooms are very basic, furnished with modular equipment, and perfectly adequate for an overnight stay on the road. The price is very good as you would expect. Buffet breakfast included was fine. My only complaint is that I was never able to get more than tepid water out of the shower tap.

Saturday morning , a gentlemen knocked on every door at 8:00 asking if we needed laundry service . Then Sunday , at 7:15 the next morning they were hammering and pounding On the room above us . This is an industrial working man’s hotel , rise with the roosters !! No late morning’s here .

Where to begin.. Pros: There are not many choices in Salina Cruz, if you absolutely HAVE TO go there I suppose this might be the best option. Breakfast and cleaning staff delightful and helpful. Cons: Hotel grossly misrepresented. No room service!! Front desk staff rude. Well to be fair, the day of check out the desk personnel was okay. When we checked into to room it smelled so strongly of cinnamon disinfectant that it burned my eyes. I had to prop the door open and sit in the hallway to breathe. I went to front desk and staff treated me like I was crazy saying no one used cinnamon anything. After about an hour of me sitting in the hallway they finally agreed to change rooms. As I was leaving first room I noticed a blood spot on the sheets. When I showed front desk staff she immediately blamed me. Upon arriving in new room I pulled back the sheets to find two hairs and more stains. Went back to desk, staff again was very rude saying that I had put the hair there. Understand, I wasn’t asking for anything, not my money back, no compensation of any sort. But I was still blamed. Cleaning staff arrived to check new room and bed. They were wonderful and kind. They proceeded to tell me that they use CINNAMON disinfectant (remember I was scolded by front desk staff as she said they didn’t use cinnamon anything) and they changed the sheets. This hotel is a nightmare!

Excelente el desayuno, personal agradable. Solo la señal de la tv (aunque es por cable) , es mala. Tanto en la habitación como en el restaurante. Sin embargo regresaría por qué la habitación está muy limpia, el aire ok y nos gusto el desayuno

Ya dejenme de pedir mi opinion si no toman las medidas correspondiente, hasta parece que se burlan de mi, siempre pasa lo mismo con ese hotel, nunca tienen personal, nunca me dejan las toallas del total de las personas que se pagan. Siempre asisto a eze hotel por el estacionamiento y por eso deje al one, pero el one es mucho mejor servicio, asi que tendre que regresar aunque no tenga estacionamiento
