Overall great place and easy communication all through the website. Toilet was running and stopped on and off. Room was ice cold when we arrived, so remember to ask for the apartment to be heated before arrival.

Our family had tickets to the Boxing Day Man Utd vs. Aston Villa game and we decided to make a several day trip out of it. The apartment was spacious, clean and setup nicely. It was also well-situated for access to everything we needed for our stay. The hot water seems to run out excessively fast, but that is a subjective thing - it may be just fine for others. I’d definitely stay again. 👍

A comfy. well laid out apartment, It had everything needed beddings, towel etc. Good location 12-15 mins walk to the heart of the city centre. However, comms responses were poor except for the automated ones. I had no response to a question I emailed on night 1 over a 2-night stay. The entrance hallway was a complete contrast to the lovely apartment. The TV was unusable with no channels preset nor allowing WiFi streaming from a phone. Some instructions or responsiveness to emails may have helped. As a business traveller, I recommend it as one of the best aparthotels I have stayed in. Will defo stay again

This is the place to stay for close proximity to spinningfields and manchester city centre. I really enjoyed my stay at Pillo Rooms serviced apartments. The property had everything I needed and more. The remote help desk was super responsive and staff were very friendly. They supply a property booklet which has all the property procedures you would need from heating instructions to WiFi. Co-op is a 2 min walk away and you can walk to the city centre/spinningfields within 10 mins, which was where I needed to be. I will definitely be booking again.

Pillo rooms did not provide us with the correct lock box details to get into our room which left us stranded in manchester on a busy friday night and we had to pay almost 600 pounds for hotel rooms for the night

I would like to start by saying communication was very good here. When we emailed they would reply fairly quickly and we’re polite. When we first arrived Netflix was signed in to someone else’s accounts and had been locked (in a different language). This wasnt a big deal but was kindly rectified super quickly with someone coming to the apartment and getting it sorted. It was really good. However, we felt quite disappointed by the numerous things we had to then email about getting fixed. We had booked this apartment as it said there was a double bed and a pull out sofa bed (we have 2 young children so this would be for them). Once pulled out, there was a large rip on the side of the sofa bed, and the zip on the mattress was burst up an entire side. The duvet cover for the sofa bed also had a large rip in it too. The bathroom door handle was also broke which lead to my husband almost being locked inside. There were also a few smaller issues e.g the lights in the bedroom flickering quite a lot, and iron burns on the rug but these were small in comp to the other issues. Once we had emailed about these we were told that we could have someone come the next day to fix them (we were staying for 2 nights) or we could wait until our stay was over for them to be fixed. we chose for them to be fixed the next day but it still left us with a sub par apartment for our first night after 6 hour drive. We have been giving a part refund for these issues, but it did leave us disappointed
