A reasonable price and in a good accessible area for Salford Royal which is why I booked it for the price the room was clean and comfortable large with onsuite and had a little bar and restaurant on the ground floor the food was delicious and staff was very helpful and friendly

Only stayed one night in a family room The room was ok clean and tidy The hotel staff were pleasant and friendly Breakfast was good The hotel is not a4 star hotel but ok for stop over to see concert it cost us £15 in tavi to the AO Arena.

The hotel room was awful, absolute disgrace, mould and damp down the walls carpets really dirty, just everything was dirty

Location of thr property is great. Price is low and staff very friendly and helpful. My only downside was the noise. Constalty people up late shouting and early banging in the morning. Couldnt get a good nights sleep because of this but the staff were great and the rooms were clean

Dreadful place

How can i claim a refund for this booking, the hotel was dreadful with Mold in the rooms and the door key cards did not work leaving the rooms open for anyone to walk into, such an unpleasant visit with no safety measures in place, we ended up leaving and booking into another hotel

We arrived at the accomodation and all staff were friendly and accomodating. We so tied our bags until check in so we could go out before the room was ready. We then needed to extend our stay and all staff were doing all they could to ensure this was possible. We ate breakfast down stairs and it was tasty. Rooms were large and perfect for a short stay.

I’ve worked all over the UK for 15 years and I’ve had quite a few experiences and roughed it here and there. I have never ever ever been to a place like this. Disgusting. Should be closed down immediately.
