Hotel was a little tired and dated, but comfortable and well located. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shame there was no air con on a hot day but can’t dock too many marks for that.

Having visited on numerous occasions, namely to watch the grand final, I have noticed that the standard of the rooms allocated has deteriorated over the years, the reveption area and bar area are good, but waiting for 45 minutes to get served on the Saturday evening was not great, and the car park area is laughable, with so many persons booked in to watch the match at old Trafford and mainly coming in cars, to hear from the reception staff have hired out some of the spaces for just parking, whe people are parking illegally in the car park area, it was chocker block, it’s a wonder some car damage was forth coming.

Convenient hotel with great parking.

The hotel is very convenient for the Lowry; Media City; trams to Trafford Centre and City Centre; motorway network. We were very grateful that the hotel had provided a fan in the room because the daytime temperatures had been close to 30 degrees C.

The staff were fantastic, very friendly, polite and helpful. Lovely hotel in a great location with easy access in to Manchester. Lovely clean room with comfy bed but the room was just a little bit dated.
