We had one night between train journeys so it is convenient for the station. It could be a great hotel but the decor is tired and harsh. The staff however were very kind and we had a good breakfast before we departed.

limited wifi service in the rooms. they dont have usa to eur electric converters available had to purchase one to charge cellphones. they do have charging stations as is a very common request. the rooms and bathrooms are not updated. mole on tiles. rooms have great views to the ocean it was the only best part of the accommodations and its proximity to central stations and ferry.

PROS: the location was a great! Restaurants, shopping, beaches and train station all within walking distance. We reserved a room with a balcony facing the sea. We even had 2 washrooms! The room itself did not disappoint. CONS: When we arrived to our room, we noticed several little bugs flying around.. and there were not flies. We informed the dront desk of this iasue and assured us it would be taken care

Everything Staff is very nice. Receptionist Daniela was very kind. She gave me a very good room. I decided to stay four more nights as a result. Sincere thanks dear Daniela. I am enjoying my stay at your hotel and in Salerno. Italian people are very kind to me as a tourist. There is NO discrimination. Negative news about Italian people towatds tourists - I DISAGREE.

The location and cleanliness were fine, but unfortunately we experienced a serious issue that affected our stay. On the first night, the air conditioning in our room started leaking water and the ceiling opened up. The next day, we were informed that we had to move to another room. The change was made, but the new room was of a lower category (no desk or chair, less comfortable shower, one of the lights was not working, less hangers in the wardrobe ) and we did not receive any gesture of courtesy or an upgrade despite the magnitude of the inconvenience. For a hotel of this category, we expected a more empathetic and customer-oriented response.
