This was a wonderful property! We loved that it was close to the city center and less than 7 min walk away from the chaotic city center. Clean, large rooms and owner put a lot of thought in making your stay comfortable! Only rec would be to bring ear plugs as it’s on a busy street and can get loud with traffic and the beautiful sound of horses galloping to and from;)

Perfection

Wonderful experience and I would stay again. Spacious room with great views. A few blocks from town and the bus station but there are hills. If you have difficulty walking consider renting a car instead of taking a bus.

This is a really great and quaint hotel. 5 min walk to the plaza. It’s clean and the rooms are really big. The staff are amazing and accommodating. We really had a great time in the little town which is full of culture and beautiful sights. The staff were very helpful and arranged a ride for us to and from the airport. My husband and I had a massage and a facial which was wonderful after the 6 mile hike. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

It is minutes from the central but on the outskirts so your view is of the mountains and there's no traffic noise. The amenities the kitchenette is perfect for some meals in and your morning breakfast and coffee. It's all new with spaces to put your clothes. The outdoor spaces / balconies are lovely. Alejandra quickly and efficiently orchestrated the tours I wanted to go to and the spa treatment.

Gorgeous Green Oasis

This is such an incredible location with beautiful views, a well-kept property with greenery everywhere. The staff is very kind and helpful and they offer everything from massages to tours to laundry, to affordable rides to/from the airport. I like that it was a bit tucked away from the more lively parts of the town, but everything is 5 min walking away and it’s perfectly safe (I was traveling as a solo woman). It can be a bit noisy on the road with horses primarily, but it’s impossible to avoid that I think. It made for great animal/people watching while having coffee on the gorgeous terrace. I could easily spend a month here in this dreamy spot.

Estuvimos muy agusto , pero las habitaciones 9 y 10 que no están juntas al resto del hotel . Resultaron bastante ruidosa . Mi hermano no pudo dormir por el ruido . Pero tiene habitaciones muy amplias . Me hubiera gustado quedarme más días . Me encanto salento !!

Our host was exceptional and very accommodating. He knows the area very well and recommended some fantastic places to eat - Betatown being one of them. The laundry facilities were great and really handy as we are travelling with hand-luggage only. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Very high standard but noisy

Suite 08 muy ruidosa, junto a recepción y la calle. Se escuchaba el trafico toda la noche. Pedimos cambiar, pero estaba todo lleno. Necesitan poner unas ventanas adicionales, porque no había intimidad ninguna. Al menos permitir el descanso en un pueblo como Salento parece básico. No repetiría.

El lugar es bonito, la habitación es limpia, cómoda y agradable. Es tal cual como se veía en las fotos, sin embargo, deben mejorar la comunicación porque cuando llamamos a confirmar la reserva nos indicaron que no aparecía y no asustamos pero fue un mal entendido por parte de la recepcionista.
