Absolutely loved this place. For how inexpensive it was it was a very nice place. No complaints at all. Staff was wonderful and the room was nice. If we need to stay in Salem again we’ll definitely stay there!!

This was a great place to stay. Our room was very large and had a refrigerator and microwave and sofa. The staff was very friendly, they had coffee, water and cookies available and the included breakfast was good with lots of choices. We would stay again.

Hotel Salem is so thoughtfully laid out! The staff is all so helpful and kind! I absolutely loved my room. The Hotel is right near Trader Joes and some restaurants. I cannot say enough how my one night stay was so helpful and soothing to me during a very stressful time.

What I liked: Location. Like the water pressure and the amount of towels provided. Breakfast provided was nice and convenient. I didn’t like the low counter tops and sinks. Hadn’t been there since it was the Phoenix Inn. Really didn’t notice any upgrades to the property. Perhaps I expected more.
