I really wanted this stay to be a nice one, check in was fine~It was the front desk employee’s first day and she was kind and we were extremely patient. Manager checked in 4 reservations while we worked with the new employee and that was perfectly fine. We were booked for 2 nights and there was a wedding checking in while we waited. Our room was for the most part clean, some issues but we just sucked it up. Was super excited to use the hot tub and pool and we went down and the area was absolutely disgusting….toliet paper was all over the place around the pool, I thought it was just a kids messing around…..well that was not correct! The ladies room was horrific. Women’s product were on the floor, toilets not flushed, towels, paper towels, all over the place. My husband and I made a 360 and left immediately and went to the front desk where there was no one in site. Next morning we went for breakfast and it was busy, I actually offered to help clean a few tables because there was only one young girl and I thought she was going to have a breakdown! The manager did jump in and our breakfast was very good but I honestly thought the waitress should get our tip over the manager putting it in her pocket???? We were visiting for a surprise retirement party that was near by and that was why I chose this location, I will NEVER EVER return sadly.
