Staff were very helpful & friendly. Renovated Apartment was modern with quite a large bathroom for a 1 bedroom apartment. The area was quiet, peaceful & treelined. Parking on site. Botanic gardens & lake close by & shops not far. Would stay again.

Room was clean, bed was comfy (I see what everyone meant about the thick pillows though 😅), well stocked with amenities - salt pepper oil pots and pans, quality appliances, location was excellent, communication was stellar. The staff gave excellent recommendations for food and attractions in the area. Well thought out touches like extra blankets, bin liners, dish washing needs and even fly spray. Would definitely recommend for friends and family, and already dreaming about another weekend stay

Peppertree apartment was 10/10, Very well set up, cleanliness was exceptional, bed and pillows very comfy, walking distance to main centre, restaurants, shopping and beautiful walk around lake, location was perfect, heating was great, beautiful comfy couch, can not fault are thing, even has shared washing mashine, well done to the owners, this was our best apartment we've stayed at and we travel heaps, will definitely be back, definitely could not find are fault, Thank you so much for are wonderful stay Peppertree Apartments

The room we had was very clean, styled beautifully and had everything you need for cooking. Our room didn't have a couch which would have been nice, you had to pay extra for that, as those rooms were bigger. The only other thing that would have been nice is a sliding door out to the garden as there is no outdoor settings to sit at. But overall, very nice and the bed was comfy too. I would stay there again.

Great space and location

Rooms are great its in a great location to be able to walk around the lake or walk to dinner. Still needs some lower profile pillows added to the room but i brought my own with me this time to make sure i could sleep comfortably

I love this property for the space you get and how close it is for me to walk to the lake, dinner and breakfast. I still believe they need to get some lower profile pillows as the ones in the room are quite full

The apartment was great for what i needed, the only down point i had was all the pillows were quite big/thick so as someone that sleeps with a thinner pillow, i found this uncomfortable. Other than that the apartment was in a great location that i could easily walk to get dinner and then down to the lake for exercise

Mixed experience - pros + cons

There were a few pros + cons for our stay. Pros super clean - always happy when places are clean comfy couch - again great to sit on lots of light + a balcony for fresh air was pretty quiet at night (school across the road so lots of bells during school time) Cons pillows were way too thick - requested thinner pillows for the following night which were delivered doona was not in a cover - just between 2 rock hard sheets - need to ask for an extra blanket (which did come but looked quite old + worn) stairs - if you have heavy luggage then best to request the ground floor the outside - the photos don't really show that the place is quite old and been renovated (nicely) inside - so a bit surprised on the look of the outside when we arrived. Would i be back - probably look for an alternative. If none, i would bring my own soft sheet, pillow + extra blanket (if i can fit in my luggage) then it could work!
