Un 4 étoiles qui n’offre pas de baignoire en chambre supérieure c’est systématiquement décevant pour moi, attention étage sans ascenseur, RAS pour le reste, excellente table et personnel attentionné.

Bon... je reste mitigé. L'accueil tres bien. La chambre ( deluxe) est propre et spacieuse, bien équipée, bémol sur les terrasses qui sont toutes attenantes , pas top pour l'intimité. Le spa est bien, les massages sont de qualités. Gros gros point noir, le restaurant. Inutile de réserver ( chose que jai fait) ... table réservée pour 20h30 , ils nous ont mis au bar en dessous . Service du bar bof bif, accueil froid. On a finalement eu notre table a 21h30 . Pas meme un truc a grignoter ou a boire pour attendre en compensation. Pas même un " excusez nous pour l'attente " , rien... table a peine dressée. Commande tres tres lingue a arriver. On a finalement mangé a 22h30. Vu le prix des plats tres exagéré pour ce que c'est, je ne penses pas revenir dans cet hotel . Dommage

Double séjour au Sarana, d'abord en chambre deluxe puis en suite junior : dans les deux cas, ravis du séjour. Le cadre est absolument exceptionnel au cœur du cirque de Salazie, dans un calme total. Le service est agréable de la réception au départ : nous avons randonné à Mafate entre nos deux chambres, aucun souci pour garder nos bagages. Petit-déjeuner buffet de qualité, restaurant de l'hôtel également de bon niveau, chambres spacieuses, confortables et calmes. Excellente adresse pour visiter Salazie.

Hôtel très confortable, dans un environnement calme, chambre très bien équipée et très propre. Le seul bémol est la qualité du service. Prenons l'exemple du petit déjeuner où pour un hôtel complet, il n'y a que 2 personnes pour prendre les commandes, réapprovisionner le buffet, servir, desservir, bref un manque d'équipe. Pour un environnement pluvieux, Prévoir un parapluie dans les chambres à disposition. Petit détail mais nous sommes arrivés sous la pluie, a aucun moment un parapluie a été proposé et nous avons marché jusqu'à notre chambre sous la pluie. Des petits détail importants pour un 4 etoiles. Nous restons sur une note positive de ce très bel hôtel mais attention à la qualité de service qui doit se montrer à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles.

Accueil désastreux. Ne vaut absolument pas un 4 étoiles. Hôtel récent mais très mal fini. Des bêtes rampantes passent sous les seuils de porte donc envahissent la chambre. Chambre à l’étage sans ascenseur avec personne pour aider à porter nos bagages. Spa fermé le jour de notre arrivée et impossible de réserver pour le lendemain. Piscine avec la pompe à chaleur cassée donc froide. Personnel qui fait des travaux bruyant et odorants au bord de la piscine à 11h. Seul point positif : le restaurant est bon. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

Bien mais peu largement mieux faire !

Très déçu de la chambre , non conforme au descriptif, pas de baignoire salle de bain immense et vide , et vue sur un mur alors que l hôtel est entouré de montagnes. Nous sommes arrivé à 17h et l hôtel nous a donné la dernière chambre PMR. Visiblement pour cet hôtel les personnes à mobilité réduite et leurs accompagnants n ont pas droit à la même qualité que les autres c est assez inquiétant…. Bien sûr cette information nous a a été donné après le règlement lors de l entrée dans la chambre. Une belle fausse note. Malgré nos remarques nous avons eu un « désolé mais c est la dernière chambre » avec un grand sourire. Terrasse de la chambre sans toit… un peu étrange vu qu on est à salazie… impossible de profiter de cette terrasse avec des transats constamment trempés. Piscine chauffée et très agréable, Restaurant excellent mention spéciale pour la côte de bœuf à partager. Petit déjeuner très bon aussi avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes. Service avec de la bonne volonté mais à améliorer. L hôtel est agréable dans son ensemble mais on sent que les finitions ont été oubliées à certains endroits. Pas de spa ni de bar. Lors du départ , nous insistons sur notre déception sur la chambre, mais le personnel ne semble pas être réceptif…. Pour finir un bel endroit mais qui manque de maturité sur plusieurs points. Pas encore au niveau d un 4 étoiles.
