No proper parking and no luggage assistance — we had to carry heavy bags up about 15 steps. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, with only one staff member at check-in. The room on the left has a nice view and is clean, but the strong artificial fragrance made it hard to sleep. No breakfast service, and it’s difficult to find a proper morning meal nearby. Not suitable for elderly guests or anyone who has difficulty with stairs or heavy luggage.

There was no proper parking space, and no staff available to help with heavy luggage. We had to carry our bags up about 15 steps ourselves, which was quite surprising and felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel. Only one staff member was present at check-in. The room on the left side has a beautiful view, and the room itself was clean and well maintained. However, the strong artificial fragrance in the room was overwhelming and made it difficult to sleep, almost like sleeping in a bathroom. The scent should definitely be improved. There is no breakfast service, and it is difficult to find nearby places open early for a proper breakfast such as eggs. Travelers who prefer a full breakfast may want to consider a traditional hotel instead.

Give me a break, what a great spot! Highly recommend it, Plaza can be noisy so if you want early sleep, not for you. If you like good food, traditional Spanish Plaza then book here. Heads up no breakfast but pleanty of places to go. Very special plaza, get plaza view! We will be back!
