I have to start by saying that this place is a GEM. From the moment you walk in and you feel the five star treatment. The staff will greet you and they will speak your language, either Spanish or English. They are extremely helpful and they assist you planning any tours, event, research and everything to make it a five star treatment. The room is so clean, that you do not want to undo the bed. They clean the room once or twice daily and they leave your random notes and the weather for the next day and chocolates. The 24 hour bar that is served by the front desk staff as well makes it a lot easier. They are very personable and care for their guest. Highly recommend.

This was a delightful stay. The staff were among the most enthusiastic, attentive, and genuinely helpful I’ve encountered in recent memory. As soon as I pulled up in front, they immediately took care of every detail. The room was comfortable and well-appointed with thoughtful amenities, the breakfast was perfect with wonderfully personal attention, and at checkout they even sent us off with a small bag of water and snacks for the road. The location is ideal—just outside the old city wall and only steps from the magnificent Roman Bridge. Cross the street and you’re in the heart of the old town with hundreds of dining options. All thumbs up for both the hotel and its exceptional staff 👍
