Ubicación bien, limpieza excelente, personal bien, instalaciones mediocres debido ah: Instalaciones antiguas y sin mantenimiento, ventiladores sumamente deficientes, tomando en cuenta que la ciudad es bastante calurosa en el día, y la TV es antigua con sistema de cable antiguo por ende, ningún canal se podía ver bien. Control remoto solo funcionaba para encender y apagar. Apartando lo antes expuesto, por lo demás todo bien...

Hola me hospede del 2 al 4 de nov. Todo bien ,lo unico que no me agrado es que la habitación tiene 2 ventanas las cuales tienen unas cortinas Suuuuuper transparentes y ovbio todo se ve La taza estaba rota ,pero fuera de eso ,la limpieza bien,el trato de los empleados bien ,la cama muy comoda para mi gusto

PÉSIMO, NO VALLAN

En primera al llegar muy mala atención en recepción, para seguir la habitación olía a cigarro y drenaje después salimos y al llegar de noche no hay luz por fuera esta supwr obscuro y casi nos pica una araña biolinista, atravesada por toda la puerta, los colchones pésimos como si fueran colchonetas, pero por el precio que más pedía pero por lo menos poner más luz fumigar y cambiar a mejor recepcionista

Pésimo servicio llegamos y nos tardaron mucho en dar la habitación el personal no sabe resolver nada solo hablan y hablan por teléfono y no sabían q hacer una habitación para dos personas solo quieren dar una toalla los controles de la televisión no funcionan colchones viejos pésimo hotel

Es buen lugar lo recomiendo para descansar, en mi caso fue por trabajo y solo llegaba a dormir, estaba cómoda la instalación solo un detalle el ventilador no funcionó, espero lo reparen para el siguiente cliente.

La información que tienen en el hotel no coincide con la de la página. Hice el pago y jamás se vio reflejada mi reservación. La señorita prácticamente nos dejo pasar porque nos decía que no tenía confirmada ninguna reservación. Allá nos dijeron que no tenían habitaciones dobles Aunque el hotel estaba vacío y en la app me aparecía disponible cualquier habitación. Hay un problema de administración grande.

Lo económico no exenta el servicio

Considerando el precio, la habitación cumple. Sin embargo lo económico del precio no les exenta del servicio. La srita de recepción muy enojona, y sin la mínima disposición de ser servicial. No encontraban mi segunda reservación, y solo se limitó a decir que no estaba y ya. Afortunadamente estaba otro chico y el si se puso a buscar y nos evitó un mal momento.

Excelente hotel por precio pagado

Las instalaciones son muy buenas con relación al precio que se pago, excelente atención por parte de la administración del hotel. El único incoveniente es que no hay lugares cercanos para comer.
