The room was a beautiful one bedroom apartment in a historic building that had balconies that opened onto the plaza mayor. Great room and great location.

Newly renovated apartment in heart of Salamanca

Right at the Plaza mayor, this spacious apartment fulfilled all my needs during a business trip. The building is fully renovated, equipped with an elevator. Some minor elements were missing, such as a hanger for coats by the entrance, hanger for towels etc.

Salamanca, es un poema.

Aunque llegué tarde a Salamanca debido a retrasos en el tren, el personal de El Mirador del Poeta me atendió muy amablemente por teléfono, incluso fuera del horario de check-in. Los departamentos están separados del complejo principal, pero son muy bonitos y están completamente nuevos y equipados. Un punto a favor es que cuentan con una lavadora, lo cual nos fue muy útil para lavar la ropa que ya traíamos. La ubicación es inmejorable, en el corazón de Salamanca. Aunque no teníamos vista directa a la Plaza Mayor, la ventana daba a las cúpulas de la catedral y otros edificios históricos. Todo lo importante queda a poca distancia a pie. En resumen, recomiendo ampliamente este lugar. La gente es muy amable y servicial, y los apartamentos son modernos y cómodos.

Pésima experiencia! Han invertido en restaurar el edificio pero dentro de la instalación no han tenido en cuenta los aspectos más básicos como la cama. Hemos despertado con un horrible dolor de espalda y no hemos dormido nada. El colchón es una S y el bastidor de la cama está hundido. Además las toallas son sintéticas y no secan nada. El mueble de la cocina no le han prestado atención a que la cafetea no tiene el ángulo para abrir y hay que sacarla hacia afuera con riesgo de que se caiga al suelo. Ha sido una experiencia pésima con cero descanso. Recomiendo buscar otras alternativas de alojamiento!

El apartamento tenía una vista espectacular de la catedral. Está en el lugar perfecto para caminar y disfrutar Salamanca. Tenía todo que necesitaría y estaba muy limpio y cómodo.

MEJOR DE LO ESPERADO

Completamente limpio, en plena plaza principal, todo nuevo, cocina todo completo, quizá podrían automatizar lo del ingreso a las habitaciones y entrada principal, ningún ruido, quizá con código de acceso. TODO EXCELENTE
