Estoy muy insatisfecha con el servicio de los apartamentos boutique salamanca, por lo que me hizo no volver a recurrir a ellos ni a ustedes en mi proxima estadia. En primer lugar deje unas cosas en el hotel y no me las quisieron regresar, solo me regresaron una taza y se quedaron con la chamarra diciendo que no la encontraban cuando yo la deje en el armario. Estoy muy molesta con el servicio pues no se han contactado conmigo, yo les he llamado y hasta regrese a los apartamentos boutique salamanca por mi chamarra donde me dijeron que no la tenían, cuando yo se que si. Cabe mencionar que obviamente ya no me volvi a hospedar con ellos asi que necesito una solucion a este problema ya que estoy demasiado molesta por esta situación, En segundo lugar el servicio fue pésimo porque el check in aparte de ser en otro lugar alejado de donde nos ibamos a quedar, no te explicaban bien donde eran los apartamentos y no habia ningun señalamiento. En serio estoy demasiado molesta con esta situacion! Quiero regresar de nuevo a reclamar por mi chamarra y/o hacer algo al respecto.
