Some of the things I liked about the property are: The cleanliness, the rooms are spacious, the staff is very friendly, the continental breakfast was great and the service from the staff, the location to the beach, the restaurants in the beach was a 3 minutes walk. Lots of local restaurants with delicious local food especially Cham restaurant. The food was delicious. The hotel staff arranged a tour and it was amazing. The only negatives are no elevator but it wasn’t a big deal as we were able to carry the suitcases up the stairs. The location of the hotel is in a residential area where it may seem a bit scary but no one bothered us. This is a great hotel for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room spacious. Situated just a five minute walk from the beach and bars and restaurants. But the best thing was the staff they couldn't do enough for you and were always genuinely happy.

Very clean hotel with very polite, attentive staff. No elevator which does not work well for 80 year olds. Bed and pillows the worst we have encountered in decades is around the world travel. Both need to be totally replaced.

Not aesthetically all that, but very clean and comfortable and very central to every where you’d want to go. The staff are the most amazing people I’ve come across. I had a casual chat with Kipsa( I hope I spelt it well ) and mentioned it was my birthday. He got the kitchen to make me a birthday cake which made my day and made me feel at home. Liked the location. The place is clean. Did not like dishonest hotel management charging twice for my room under the excuse of having a guest for about half hour. After complaining the next day, a refund was requested. Will never stay at this hotel again. Expedia should make note. The double room charge was fraudulent.

A perfect stay on our last evening. We recieved a warm welcome on our late arrival. The room was clean and spacious with a large comfortable bed. Reception staff were very helpful, they agreed a late check out and pre booked our airport taxi. We would certainly visit again.

No hotel has ever exceeded my expectations as much as this one. ​At first, I was actually a bit jealous of the people staying in those big hotels right on the coast. But once I walked down there, I realized it was just a dead end full of nothing but tourists and hotel amenities. I even saw people basically fleeing their resorts because they couldn't face another boring hotel buffet! ​Staying in the heart of Santa Maria was a total game-changer. We got to experience the real local culture—eating where the locals eat, chatting, and actually feeling part of the community. Everything we needed (shops, restaurants, you name it) was less than a minute's walk away. ​The hotel itself was great and really well-maintained. The staff did a meticulous job cleaning the rooms, and having Netflix was a huge plus for winding down at the end of the day. Breakfast was served fresh every morning, and even though the menu didn't change much, it was always tasty. It was a bit unlucky that the rooftop was being renovated while we were there, as that would’ve been the icing on the cake, but honestly, the stay was still perfect.

Very nice staff, and really really good location. I booked last minute (literally the day I landed) so there weren't many options left due to the holidays, but I am glad I chose this hotel! It's walkable to the beach and all the bars and restaurants. I always felt safe as a woman walking alone late at night. I would definitely recommend this place to friends!

Great hotel for the price. Marble staircases and landings with good breakfast. Five mins to the beach and the restaurant strip. For good restaurant (shabby outside) out of hotel go right and first left. Then it’s on the left. Lots of other restaurants in area. Never had bad meal. Hotel will collect from airport (20 min ride) for 20 euro. Recommended.
