先日宿泊させていただきました、偶然とれた東横INN、会員でもある為と宿にハズレがなく、よく東横INNは利用しております、ハッキリと言えば今まで宿泊した東横INNでは一番印象が悪かったです。 朝食の悪さ、フロント男性職員の適当な対応、駅からホテルまでの環境の悪い店舗の数々、これは遠回りすれば良いことですが！ ちょっと残念てした。

シングル部屋に小学生の子と2人で宿泊したが、部屋にバスタオル、枕、スリッパが1つしかなかった。 シングル部屋利用のため1つしか置いてない、とのことであり、それ自体は納得。が、チェックイン時に2人で泊まるのが見えてるんだからタオル類1つしかないことの注意喚起と有料だがもう一つタオル必要かの問いかけくらいは正直欲しかった。 求め過ぎなのかもですが。。。 この点以外では部屋の流しの排水性が悪かった事くらい。 衛生面は特に気にならずです。 朝食は子供と滞在したので牛乳があれば満点でした。 無かったので70点かな。
