Great value. Clean, pleasant staff, breakfast included and substantial, pyjamas supplied along with toothbrush, face cream, tea and coffee. Close to transport that can take you anywhere you need to go in Tokyo. Rooms a little on the small side but enough if you are using the hotel as a base for sleep and showers.

It was very close to the station and Lilia hall where I had an event to go to. Also, there were multiple shopping malls, restaurants etc... so we were able to hang out those places during our stay.

Excellent low budget hotel that is conveniently close to Kawaguchi station which will help you get around Tokyo and beyond. The rooms are small, but this is normal for many Japanese Hotels, if you are traveling alone it is perfect! The breakfast buffet every morning was delicious with a very good variety of choices. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, the staff was super friendly, the breakfast was very tasty, and the low cost will help you enjoy Tokyo more. 5/5

My room felt spacious enough for a solo traveler. Firm bed is my only minor gripe, but otherwise there is a good desk, plenty of space for luggage, bathroom has everything I need. There is a bit of rail sound from the rail transportation as it passes by. Lots of restaurant and food options at the station nearby, which is about a 5-10 minute walk. There is also a nice little park in between for some nice scenery.

There are actually only two business hotels around Kawaguchi station and this is better than the other. Closer to the station, newer, rooms are a little bigger. Recommended.

駐車場もスペースが広くて、運転が苦手な人でも停められると感じました。チェックインも機械で自分でしますが、スタッフの方の説明もあるので問題なくできます。アメニティは自分で必要なものを取っていくスタイルでした。クシもあったのかもしれませんが私は見つけられずにいました。エアコンのリモコンが壁にかかっていましたが、テーブルのうえにあるものだと思い探してました。ただ、止めた時のその後の音が少しうるさくて気になりました。
