当日、直前の予約にも関わらず、ご丁寧な対応でした。ドレッサーの椅子にシミがたくさんあったのが気になりました。部屋のエアコンも自由に温度設定ができました。加湿空気清浄機もありました。お隣の話し声が結構聞こえましたが、ゆっくり過ごせました。

自分がチェックインしようとした時に前に手続きしている人が時間がかかっていました。 少し間を空けて立っていたら他の従業員が私に気付き素早く駆け寄り「チェックインでしょうか？」と声を掛けてくださいました。 そして「すみませんが少々お待ちください」と言われた。 たったそれだけのことですが従業員教育が良く行き届いていると感じこのホテルの第一印象が良くこれから宿泊することに安心感を覚えた。
