I liked the ofuro and the various pools. Food was good. Lots of space to plug in and use computer/iPhone. They need to work on the info for foreigners_ poor grammer, difficult to understand. Our room 214 - the paint was cracked in two spots. We did ask for two twin beds and prefer floor space in between as shown in picture online. They serve free coffee if one drinks it which i don't and there was no alternative except once or twice during our four day stay. They could provide a map of the area showing where Stellar Mall is and other touristy sites. The clothing they want us to wear is not breathable material. The rail lines are noisy during the day'evening. I'm glad to experience this place - 2 to 3 days are best. I'm glad to see the local people utilize the place as well. DON'T POST PLEASE

客室はかなり狭い。冷蔵庫すらない。窓も少しも開かず換気扇も回ってるか分からず換気が全く出来ない。空気清浄機を貸してくれたのが幸い。

照明の調節が出来ずルームキーを抜いてしまうと全ての電気が消えてしまうのが不便です。 女性用のルームウェアは素材的にも動きづらく宿泊者的にはゆっくり出来ない感じでした。男性と同じ素材の方が良いと思います。

部屋は狭かったけど、まぁ問題は無いし、風呂は種類もあって、楽しく過ごせました。部屋が間接照明のみで暗かったので、明るくしたいと申し出たら、スタンドの照明を部屋に運んできてくれました。カフェもくつろげる感じで、雰囲気良かったです。

部屋の洗面台排水溝に髪の毛やゴミが溜まっており水捌けがかなり悪く、水が溜まり時間をかけて少しづつ減っていったがかなり不快な思いだった。 お風呂は種類もありお風呂Cafeと名前通り日帰りでお風呂に入りに行くだけなら良いと思うが お風呂Cafeならばアメニティ(シャンプー類含め)をもっと充実させても良いと感じた。若い人が多いので。館内着のセンスがない。厚手すぎるしせっかくお風呂上がっても違う汗がでる。

宿泊客とお風呂のみの受付を別にしてくれたら良いと思う。外出するたびにイチイチ不便を感じた スタッフは対応の良い人は１人だけで他の人は感じが良くなかったです。 部屋に冷蔵庫が欲しい。 お風呂は最高に気持ち良かったです

部屋は、アメニティが全くなく、歯ブラシ等最低限の物をフロントでもらう形だった。 化粧水、乳液、洗顔料がないので戸惑った。フロントでその旨説明があるとよい。有料で販売があったのかもしれないが、説明がないので分からなかった。サイトで説明を載せるのなら事前に分かるのでなおありがたい。 温泉にあるけど、朝風呂入らずに自室で洗顔だけというパターンもあるだろうから。

最高な非日常！！

館内に入ると、今はハロウィンとフィンランド&サウナがメインの館内で素敵な照明や木の感じに癒されました。 大浴場も最高ですし、コーヒー飲み放題やマンガ読み放題で自由に夜更かし出来るのが究極の非日常でした。 電車も好きなので沢山の通過を見れて満足でした。

朝風呂は老人のたまり場

掲載画像のイメージは女性客を意識したようなイメージ。今回友人男性2名で利用しました。 夜は普通にカップルも利用してましたが、深夜になるとお一人様の老人がちらほら。 お風呂は朝の5時からやってましたが、6時に行くと既に10人位いましたが、殆ど老人。完全に社交場になってます。 風呂からあがって無料のマッサージチェアルームを利用していると、部屋は静かなのですが、そこにも老人が耳が悪いのか大声でずっと談話。 施設のコンセプトとは真逆のお客様が占有しているイメージはちょっと残念でした。 近隣にコンビニはありますが、徒歩圏には居酒屋等はなし。駐車場が広いのは良かったです。

1度泊まれば満足

部屋が狭く、廊下や隣の音が丸聞こえです。飲食物の部屋への持ち込みは可能だったのですが、テーブルがないのでベッドの上で食べるしかありませんでした。そして宿泊の値段が高い。 ゆっくり眠れるけど、高いお金払うくらいなら1階のフロアで雑魚寝でもいいかなぁって思います。 部屋は綺麗で清潔感あるので良かったです。

埼玉の若者の溜まり場

混み過ぎてる。近郊若者カップルのたむろ場所になっている。場所の大きさに対して、人が多過ぎて全然くつろげない。下手したら座る場所も無いレベル。 飯もカフェ過ぎて特に風呂上がりに美味しい訳では無い。フロントもバイト感覚の若者しか居ないので、融通も機転も利かない。 宿泊利用でチェックインが18時まで出来ないのも周りに何も無いので早く着いてしまうと辛い。

ツインと思ってたらダブルルームでした。 こちらのミスですが、分かりづらたったです。 振り替え希望しましたがキャンセル料かかるとのことで諦めました。 が、ダブルルームでも問題なく快適に過ごせ且つ、快眠出来ました。

Unique Spa-Hotel for the Adventurous Traveler

This is a very unique, spa-hotel with amazing things to discover! We had a great time! I will prefix this by saying that if you want a tradition hotel, this might not be for you. Our room was small but comfortable, the bed reminded me more of a ryokan than a western hotel with a small sink and toilet. The shower stations and onsen are where you can bathe, shave and dry your hair. This is a communal onsen. I did wish the towels were newer but overall it didn’t really bother me. We really enjoyed the morning breakfast special, it was 880 yen and very filling. There are many areas of the spa-hotel to explore, like the massage chair room, hammock space and fire place. There is also a children’s play room. You need to remove your shoes when you enter and lock them in a locker, one day we kept our key and one day they asked to keep the key behind the desk. There is also free coffee and tea. We would definitely stay here again and would like to spend more time at the hotel next time. We really were only there to sleep and eat breakfast but did explore it in the mornings because we were often up very early. Recommend for people who enjoy a funky and cool atmosphere!
