The hotel is in a great location close to all the shops and restaurants. We appreciated being able to store our bags at the hotel prior to check in and having the bags delivered to our room was a nice touch. The mini bar fridge is useful.

Good comfortable and well-located

Very well located. Only disappointment was that the hotel car park was full. If the website had made clear that this needed to be booked, I would have done so. As it was I had to lug heavy bags quite a distance with no offer of help. On the plus side, breakfast was excellent

Excellent emplacement en olein dans le centre de Saintes. 5 minutes en voiture de la gare et de la place pour se garer aux alentours gratuitement le weekend. Accueil plus que top, personnel souriant et à l'écoute. Chambre très calme et literie de très bonne qualité. Petit dej très bien. Nous avons passé un très agréable sejour entre sœurs. Je recommande !
