“Lítil þjónusta. Enginn starfsmaður á staðnum nema i morgunmat. Sagt er að hotel hafi bar og veitingastað ...en hvoru tveggja var lokað þessa 5 daga sem við dvöldum. Því var nauðsyn að keyra í bæinn eftir mat og drykk. Það var ekki samkvæmt okkar plani. Ég vil að það standist það sem auglýst er.”

“It would have been interesting to know the cleaning conditions and the situation of the rooms of this hotel in advance. Our room where on the top of the hill and it was not comfortable to go and come back from it to the restaurant, pool, beach, car park... If you know it, you could ask for a more convenient room. About cleaning conditions, it's important to know that they only clean the room every 4 o 5 days (at least). If you don't worry about that, then this could be your hotel. The...

“The location close to the port was important with ferry access but it was nice to be able to walk around the historical port area. The staff spoke English and were very helpful- I had not had lunch and was starving - they graciously made me a snack (it was not free but I was grateful). They also made a great dinner recommendation in close proximity. The previous night the area was involved in protests and I felt very safe as a female solo traveler.”

“Apparently when you reserve a room, you receive an email that has the gate code for property entry and another code for the lock box for key to the room. We didnt receive the email and at 7 pm no one is anywhere to help you. The cell phone signal doesn't exist out there. So make sure you have everything and email with codes or it will take up to 4 hours to finally get the codes for rntry”
