Nice location, good price, very friendly English speaking staff. The series of beaches to the right from the hotel is very nice, particularly if you walk for ~20 min, no need to drive far.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien accueillis par Dominique qui a tout fait pour que nous y soyons bien. L'appartement est grand, bien climatisĂ© avec tout le confort et en bonus une belle vue. De chaque cĂŽtĂ©, un balcon oĂč on peut y rentrer dans l'appartement. C'est une rĂ©sidence hĂŽteliĂšre et l'accueil a des horaires limitĂ©s donc attention pour votre arrivĂ©e. C'est proche d'une belle plage avec 2 restaurants, le centre-ville de Ste Luce est Ă  7 minutes Ă  pieds oĂč s'y rend en longeant la plage. Des fois, nous y allons pour nous rendre Ă  la gare routiĂšre oĂč il y a des bus qui vous emmĂšnent Ă  divers endroits (Trois Ilets, RiviĂšre Pilote, Ducos, etc...) mais vous pouvez aussi louer une voiture Ă  proximitĂ© de la RĂ©sidence. Tout s'est bien passĂ©, merci Ă  toute l'Ă©quipe.

Les plus : au calme, emplacement proche de la plage et du village Lrs moins : état vetuste = robinetterie obsolÚte, mobilier sale et cassé, frigo rouillé, accessoires dépareillés, décoration defraichie, commandes électriques incohérentes... Ne vaut ni 3 etoiles ni le tarif proposé

AprĂšs 3 semaines de visites dans l’üle, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ©, le calme.l’appartement est spacieux.Nous avons profitĂ© de la plage, des resto les pieds dans le sable, des glaces( dĂ©licieuses). Attention,les structures extĂ©rieures sont un peu dĂ©gradĂ©es.

Notre expérience

Je comprends que pour certaines personnes c’est hĂ©bergement puisse totalement convenir. Me concernant je vois marquĂ© HOTEL je me dis qu’il y a un minimum de service. Le wi-fi ne fonctionne pas, les serviettes ne sont pas changĂ©es, le mĂ©nage n’est jamais fait, nous devons vider les poubelles, il n’y a aucun service de prĂ©vu. C’est clairement une location d’appartement avec de temps en temps un accueil de type rĂ©ception. Tout le monde est trĂšs gentil, mais la formule n’est absolument pas du tout orientĂ© au niveau du service.

Sur le site il y avait des prestations comme piscine garde d enfants qui etaient fausses.apres mes remarques ils ont du les enlever j espĂšre. Petit dejeuner pas terrible. Mieux vaut acheter ce qu il faut. Sinon c est calme et le personnel est accueillant

Un sommier tout rouillé qu'on nous remet la deuxiÚme nuit -" Le groupe est parti on peut vous rendre le lit". avec un drap et une taie d'oreiller qui paraissaient propre mais avec une odeur nauséabonde. Bien qu'un peu étonné au début finalement on aurait préféré laisser le matelas par terre
