Staff could have been a little more friendlier. We were unsure of where to park when we first arrived as the lot seemed full. We didn't realize there was more parking in the back but the staff didn't let us know this. Our room was spacious and clean; however one of the lampshades was cracked with stains on it. Also the elvator was filthy-fingerprints all over the inside and food on the floor. Overall it was an OK place to stay the night, but we probably would look to stay elsewhere next time.

The place is well located near many restaurants and the view from the rooms was incredible; however, the facilities don't look like they do in the photos. The rooms are old, while in the published photos everything looks new. It's obvious that the photos were taken a long time ago or that they were retouched.

The room was spacious and the people at the front desk friendly. The bathroom floor was dirty. We came back from a day of skiing and our first impression is that they didn't have time to clean the room; bed not made, coffee pot and mug not clean but then we noticed that the tip was gone. We noticed that the hand towel in the bathroom was folded. That was the room clean up they did.
