1 Stern – für uns eigentlich noch zu viel! Der hygienische und allgemeine Zustand des Hotels war für uns nicht akzeptabel und in Teilen schlicht erschreckend. Der negative Eindruck begann bereits auf dem Parkplatz: Katzenkot, alte Zigarettenkippen und Unrat rund um das Hotel. An der Rezeption ein schmieriger, stark fleckiger Sessel, zerkratzte Handläufe, Zimmertüren voller Hand-/Fettflecken und ein verschmierter Aufzug. Insgesamt wirkte das Hotel extrem ungepflegt und es herrschte ein unangenehmer muffiger, für uns schimmelartiger Geruch. Im Zimmer wurde es noch schlimmer: schwarze Schimmelspuren in der Dusche, Haare in Dusche und Waschbecken, eine nicht ordentlich gereinigte Toilette sowie unangenehmer Geruch aus der Klimaanlage. Wir reklamierten sofort. Aufgrund der massiven Hygienemängel und des Gesamtzustands war eine Übernachtung für uns nicht zumutbar. Wir reisten unmittelbar wieder ab und mussten auf eigene Kosten eine Ersatzunterkunft buchen. Auch Frühstück etc. wurden nicht genutzt. Besonders irritierend: Obwohl wir dort nicht übernachteten, wurden 100 % des Preises einbehalten. Auch Soniho lehnte nach mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme eine Erstattung ab, ohne auf die konkret geschilderten und fotografisch dokumentierten Mängel angemessen einzugehen. Die positiven Bewertungen und die 3-Sterne-Klassifizierung können wir nach dieser Erfahrung nicht nachvollziehen. Für uns keinesfalls empfehlenswert.
