The hotel was not air conditioned as advertised. The rooms were very hot, with old units operating and cigarette smoke came through the venting system. You could not adjust the temperature in any way. The room air ventilation system also had black mold all over its surface, leading to very unhealthy air overall. Fans were not provided for the rooms. We could not remain for our second night stay in such a hot and filthy air quality, so we opted to leave the hotel after one night's stay, and book at a neighbouring hotel that had been updated. Our new hotel had cool air conditioned rooms and clear air.

Really liked this place which offered a restaurant on premises, right across the street you got the fair, lots of restaurants and live entertainment at night and the most important thing the beach right outside your door. Also, the fair is nearby

Amazing time enjoying Cote d Azur ;)

This was the perfect location to enjoy a catamaran tour of the area. Literally 1 min walk to dock! Great restaurant & fun to walk the beach due to fun vendors. The water & sand were beautiful! Would stay again in the future. :)

What a great location! The staff was super friendly, helpful and above and beyond. We loved this place. We stayed two nights in four rooms. Most of our rooms did not have a shower. Just a wand attached to the bathtub to spray off. It was hard to wash off sand.

The hotel was overall okay despite several disappointing issues. The check-in process was extremely long — nearly 25 minutes of waiting, which is hardly acceptable after a trip. During a heatwave, the air conditioning in the room did not work on the first night, making the room extremely hot and difficult to tolerate. The most disappointing part, however, was the reception service. When I asked for a late check-out, the young receptionists unfortunately refused without making any real effort to find a solution. In addition, a second receptionist who was still in training joined the discussion simply to repeat the hotel policy, without any real listening or willingness to help. This attitude made the interaction even more unpleasant. Fortunately, later that evening I spoke with another receptionist who was far more professional and managed to find a solution. The following day, the head of reception was also professional and helpful. This is unfortunate because in a hotel of this category, one expects genuine customer service and a professional welcome.

We enjoyed our stay and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful . Our room was clean and comfortable, although quite hot as, even on the lowest temperature and with fan on cool setting it was still too warm.However it is beautifully situated and we enjoyed sitting outside un thé brasserie with a drink .

Dependable hotel that nonetheless is showing its age. No on site parking. Convenient pay parking nearby. Did not patronize restaurant this stay as experience during previous stay was not acceptable. Helpful front of house and cleaning staff.

Hôtel fort bien situé, personnel absolument charmant. Pour notre nuit réservée, nous avons eu droit à un surclassement pour une chambre avec vue sur mer qui était un réel plus. Le restaurant adjacent est aussi très sympathique. Seul l’ascenseur est très petit, donc si vous venez en famille ou avez bcp de bagages (ce qui n’était pas notre cas) ce peut être un petit inconvénient.
