“When we arrived we have not been provided with a correct room that has been reserved, that makes us feel uncomfortable to be with 2 kids and 2 adults in a small room for 2 people. The host tried to solve situation, but another room has been too hot, 40C outside and no AC in any room. Our rooms had very bad smell of humidity as well. “What a fabulous hotel! We loved the Pavillon - with all its charm and character. The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated, in a lovely countryside setting with a beautiful view of the valley and vineyards. The breakfast was fantastic - with quiches and fresh breads, croissants, baked apples, fresh juices, jams, yogurts and eggs prepared fresh to your order. David and Nathalie are outstanding hosts and we loved our stay.”

From the moment we booked to stay at 537 St.Emillion, communication was excellent and our welcome was really wonderful. Because there are only 3 rooms, it felt very private, peaceful and special.
