Notre unique passage au TAMA

Parking bien trop petit Personnel d’accueil bien peu aimable. Ascenseur zĂ©ro Clef de porte manuelle, la carte ne fonctionne pas. Wifi inexistant. Sol sale Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. La dĂ©co n’en parlons pas, les serviettes de plage d’un autre siĂšcle mais vous remplirez tout de mĂȘme une petite feuille pour en disposer 
. Bien dommage car un minimum d’investissement en ferait un bel hĂŽtel dotĂ© d’une superbe piscine et dans un environnement trĂšs calme. C’était la premiĂšre, ce sera la derniĂšre.

bon accueil, mais rien n'est possible avant 14h pour l'arrivĂ©e, et c'est un peu tard ; problĂšme : la rĂ©ception est fermĂ©e de 19h30 Ă  07h du matin : problĂšme quand on arrive tard ou quand on veut partie tĂŽt nous avons demandĂ© des glaçons pour avoir des boissons fraiches, rĂ©ponse nĂ©gative

Bel hĂŽtel

voyage d'affaires Ă  la RĂ©union, premiĂšre fois dans cet hĂŽtel il est dans les hauteurs de Saint Gilles dans un endroit calme mais entourĂ© de bureau, il n'y a rien autour et si vous voulez aller au centre ville il faut un vĂ©hicule ou l'hĂŽtel peut prĂȘter des vĂ©los Ă©lectriques car ça monte pas mal si vous revenez du centre ville. Le personnel est trĂšs sympathique. Le studio est bien, pas de problĂšme d'insonorisation en revanche si vos voisins dĂ©cident de veiller tard sur la terrasse cela se complique... Pour ma part sur une de mes 3 nuits j'ai Ă©tĂ© embĂȘtĂ© par des voisins bruyants qui ont rĂ©alisĂ© une soirĂ©e sur leur terrasse (un studio de 2 personnes mais au moins 8 personnes sur leur terrasse), comme la rĂ©ception est fermĂ©e Ă  partir de 19H30 je n'ai pu faire intervenir personne... Le lendemain je me suis plainte Ă  la rĂ©ception et elles ont promis de rappeler les rĂšgles Ă  mes voisins, la nuit suivante je n'ai pas eu d'autres problĂšmes. La kitchenette sur la terrasse est bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Globalement mon avis est positif malgrĂ© les voisins bruyants le temps d'une soirĂ©e. Mais pour moi c'est un hĂŽtel qui convient mieux Ă  des vacanciers. Point positif Ă©galement Ă  signaler wifi gratuit et performant.

Bon séjour mais des choses à revoir

Points positifs : bel hĂŽtel et chambre sympa avec la kitchenette, propre. Super piscine avec jet massant. Calme Points nĂ©gatifs : literie trĂšs mauvaise , on sentait tous les ressorts et ça grinçait ( signaler Ă  la rĂ©ception ) problĂšme de climatisation qui allumĂ© faisait le bruit d’un Ă©coulement d’évacuation d’eau ( signalĂ© dĂšs le dĂ©but, un technicien serait passĂ© mais ça n’a rien changĂ© le bruit Ă©tait lĂ  ) parking trop petit L’hĂŽtel est sympa et le personnel est serviable donc j’y retournerais sans doute mais pas dans la mĂȘme chambre et en supposant que la literie est meilleure dans les studio preniums)
