Excellent breakfast, lots of drink choices and smoothies. Pool was great, didn’t have any challenges getting a sunbed. The rooms were super clean, we didn’t see a single bug (which we were expecting). Had a gecko in the room who lived behind our tv who may have managed the bug situation. Buffet was good but limited selection if you are, or have, a picky eater.

Good spot but very expensive

We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights but it certainly isn’t 5* but the restaurant prices are for mediocre food! We were on B&B basis thankfully so after first night ate out at excellent local restaurants at sensible prices. You need reef shoes on the beach and in the lagoon but even just standing you can see a great array of fish so snorkelling is excellent. We even saw a humpback whale just beyond the reef.

This is the place to be. Make sure to book a massage in the free nature which includes the sound of the sea, the birds and the wind. Comes close to heaven.

Mixed experience

Lovely location and staff were all very helpful and friendly, food was also good. However as other reviews have said the rooms could certainly do with an update, they're not 5 star quality. Also it was our honeymoon which we'd told them before arriving - they said by email that we could have some 'freebies' on production of our marriage certificate but there was no mention of it when we checked in or at any other point during our stay and so we were never given the opportunity to prove that it was our honeymoon and receive whatever 'freebies' they were offering. In comparison, the hotel where we stayed next in Mauritius offered us on arrival the opportunity to have a complimentary candle-lit dinner and provided us with champagne and other gifts, without requiring us to prove that it was our honeymoon.

Etablissement vétuste Personnel en cours de formation beaucoup D élèves De stagiaires d alternant pour gérer les services accueil restauration du coup service incohérent long Plats apportés qui ne sont pas les nôtres service très long au restaurant la plage Le bar Un joyeux bazar comparé aux autres LUX déjà visités Service de chambre aléatoire il manquait toujours qq chose ( serviette , gel douche ) Et le plus extraordinaire la femme de ménage rentre dans la baignoire avec sesw basket pour nettoyer la baignoire Qui ne s écoule pas et où c est la fête des moustiques tout les matins Et quand la responsable du restaurant le bar vient vous voir c est une responsable alternante très imbue non de sa personne mais du titre et du coup aucune remise en question du service mais heureusement qqes excuses du bout des lèvres Sachant que ce soir la On nous a servi les apéritifs les uns des autres Le plat arrive( ou on nous a dit ne plus avoir ) avant l entrée biensure pas pour nous 3 plats sur 4 donc on attend Des desserts non commandés L etablissement semble tenu que par des élèves stagiaires Dommage En tout cas bien en dessous des 3 autres LUX ou j ai déjà séjourné

Personnels agréables, petit déjeuner beaucoup de choix, Diner variés et très bon, hôtel très bien entretenu en semaine mais gros bémol arrivant le weekend: plus de place parking, plage et piscine plus de transat et serviettes, sale au niveau de la plage et piscine (Verre, repas, plateau, serviette qui traine partout), bruyant et trop de monde (personnes qui viennent diner extérieur à l'hôtel qui bénéficient des mêmes services que ceux qui séjournent à l'hôtel, se qui posent problèmes de parking, plage et piscine).

Séjour reposant.

L'hôtel est beau et dans son ensemble bien entretenu. Et le personnel est sympathique. Inutile de vous mettre en tête d'aller à la salle de sport, le matériel est vétuste et rouillé. Attention rien n'est affiché pour les excursions proposées par l'hôtel, alors pensez à faire la demande. Idem, ne vous attendez pas à un hôtel avec ambiance le soir, c'est très très calme.
