The hotel staff were not very welcoming when we first arrived. It wasn’t clear where we should check in. They provided water but you could only fill water from their water station from the one bottle provided in your room. And it was empty when we first arrived. The place doesn’t feel very hospitable. On the plus side, they gave us a free drinks token which was nice.

The hotel and the rooms are fine but the Hotel is situated in the party district. Don't expect to get much sleep if silence matters to you. The staff knows and doesn't (can't) act upon it. Policy to ignore these complaints I suppose.

Séjour standard, un peu déçu par la salle de bain vieillotte, la petitesse de la chambre, la vue sur l'immeuble d'en face, l'équipe de reception plutôt serviable mais souvent désinvolte qui fait qu'on ne s'attache pas. Le point très positif est la localisation, à deux pas de tout ce qui fait de St Gilles un endroit sympa.

Idéalement placé près du port et de l’aquarium. Chambre confortable et agréable et confortable. Accueil chaleureux et personnel très serviable. Nous avons même pu profiter de la piscine, qui, détail non négligeable, est chauffée 🤗 Merci.
