Au tout dĂ©but Ă  l’arrivĂ©e, J’ai dĂ» appeler l’assistance car ma reservation n’était pas affichĂ©e sur l’écran d’accueil. Ensuite, la chambre puait d’une odeur dĂ©goĂ»tante et les draps Ă©taient tous tachetĂ©s de saletĂ©s, de traces de sang, de cafĂ© et de poussiĂšre.

Le check-in a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs long et compliquĂ© car la machine ne fonctionnait pas. Nous Ă©tions 3 couples Ă  14h Ă  ne pas rĂ©ussir. Par chance, une hĂŽtesse est arrivĂ©e et a consenti Ă  ouvrir l’accueil pour faire le check-in. Notre sauveuse de NoĂ«l ! Un grand merci Ă  cette dame. Pour le petit dĂ©jeuner, j’hĂ©sitais donc elle m’a dit que je pouvais me dĂ©cider le lendemain au matin. Le matin, nous avons dĂ©cidĂ© de prendre le petit dej, c’était une autre hĂŽtesse qui me dit, limite affolĂ©e « ah non c’est pas possible, fallait rĂ©server hier, sinon faut attendre le dernier couple et voir s’il restera assez  », donc je lui dis que ce n’est pas l’information qui m’a Ă©tĂ© transmise la veille. Elle me rĂ©pond « ce n’est pas possible qu’une hĂŽtesse vous ai dit quoique ce soit car il n’y a que moi depuis 3 jours ». Je lui ai rĂ©pondu que j’étais certaine d’avoir Ă©tĂ© aidĂ©e hier et heureusement avec votre machine dĂ©faillante, et non, elle continue « pas possible ! Y’a que moi ». Bref dialogue ubuesque. Elle a fini par obtenir la confirmation de l’hĂŽtesse en question, mais ne s’est pas excusĂ©e et elle ne m’a mĂȘme pas proposĂ© une alternative pour le petit dĂ©jeuner : nous voulions juste prendre au moins un cafĂ© ou un thĂ©. Je regrette son manque d’écoute (la vraie, celle oĂč on croit la cliente et qu’on comprend son besoin) et son stress communicatif (elle semblait stressĂ©e d’ĂȘtre seule, stressĂ©e qu’il n’y ai pas assez de denrĂ©es
 bref on a compris qu’elle avait bcp de pbm Ă  gĂ©rer
 des clients quoi).
