Very easy to find on way into Saint Malo. Very convenient for ferry. Right next to a shopping centre with good supermarket. But not cheap,no kettle and dire warnings not to leave anything in the car overnight!

Road trip review

Stayed at this hotel for one night at start of our holiday and on the way back (as ferry was at 06:15). Very comfortable and clean, with no check-in or check-out issues. Only had breakfast on outward trip. Seating area a bit cramp.

The environment is very loud, I could not get much sleep. The bathroom could be more clean and the door is not close so the wind came in and the noise from outside were very loud. I would book another hotel next time...

We only arrived late at night coming from the ferry - so we didn't spend too much time there. All we needed was a place to shower and sleep before continuing on our journey the next day. I had read a review previously comparing the room with a prison cell. When we arrived we both laughed as yes it did look a bit like that. However, it was clean and comfortable, and served its purpose. Check in was really easy as we had been given a code for our room. The reservation staff were really helpful prior to our arrival and gave us all the info we needed. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and found it to be a good price.

Frustrating codes! Broken toilet

When I tried to check in the codes I had did not work. I did not receive an email with any other codes. It was very cold and windy and when I pressed the help button, the staff took a long time, we struggled with the codes until one finally worked so I ended up with 2 different codes. She said I had to press hard--so I think there is something wrong with the code box. I finally got to my room and it was so tiny I could hardly turn around in it. And the toilet seat was so loose I just about fell off! When I reported it, they argued with me until I showed them. I asked for a different room and it was much better--but what a waste of time!

Raramente mi è capitato di trovare una struttura più risicata e ciò nonostante costosa. Una delle camere da me affittate non è stata nemmeno rifatta fra una notte e la successiva.. e poi, un solo asciugamano a TESTA a disposizione! Il tutto su una strada a grande scorrimento… peggio di un motel… peccato che il costo fosse superiore a 100€ a notte per ognuna delle due camere. Da EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE.

The checkin using the electronic entrance system was again poor requiring me to call the central concierge system. If you are not going to staff reception at least have an operating alternative. All the car chargers were non operational. Rooms were quite noisy.

Mauvais rapport qualité - prix

Prix très élevé pour un confort approchant le formule 1. La localisation de l’hôtel n’apparaît pas non plus comme un argument pour en augmenter le prix. Quitte à devoir prendre la voiture pour aller jusqu’au centre historique de Saint Malo, autant prendre un hôtel plus éloigné mais de meilleur rapport qualité-prix.
