It was only a one night stay but it was very comfortable and clean. I didn’t get a chance to use all that the hotel offered. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay. The rooms were nice as well as the rest of the hotel. Food offerings were good. My wife and grandson enjoyed the pool very much. The staff was great. On checkout day we checked our bags at the luggage counter as we had a late pm flight and enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again:-)!

Overall our stay was lovely. The property is nice. The room was nice. The location in relation to Universal and Disney parks, and a bunch of grocery stores and drug stores was really convenient. We were pleased with mostly everything. Here are a few things you should know if you want to stay here, however: - If you plan on using the kitchen to cook anything, the cookware situation is extremely limited. I ended up buying some cooking utensils, a larger saute pan, and some pantry essentials like salt and pepper because what was stocked in the kitchen was very limited. In addition to that, the cooktop is very uneven and doesn't work consistently. The oven was great, however. - Our 3 bedroom apartment was stocked with exactly one roll of paper towels (the cheapest, thinnest kind that just fall apart when you try to tear one off. We were also only stocked with two rolls of toilet paper also very cheap, single ply, and one extra trash liner for the kitchen bin. Bring your own. - The pool was very warm, which we were not expecting. It was practically hot tub temperature. I understand it's Florida and it's hot outside, but I have never experienced a hot swimming pool like that before. If this is completely normal, disregard this note. I was just personally not expecting it. - We were surprised to be charged over $300 in housekeeping and resort fees upon our arrival, which would have been fine if I was expecting it. Wi-Fi was useless, used hotspot from my phone to watch TV.
