Lovely hotel

Stayed here while attending Montreaux jazz festival lovely hotel quiet location but easy to get too from Vevey station. Room was big spotlessly clean and very comfortable

Wish I could have stayed longer

Great experience from check-in to check-out. Very friendly staff (front desk, cleaning personal, people at the bar/restaurant). Big and comfortable bed, very clean and tidy room. Food at the restaurant was really good. Overall a good 2 nights stay, just wish I could have stayed longer.

Great Checkin Experience

I was warmly welcomed at check-in. Despite my late arrival and the restaurant nearing closing time, the check-in staff kindly suggested I proceed to the restaurant while they completed my check-in. They even brought my room key to the restaurant. This exemplifies exceptional service! Thank you!

We had booked one night (Dec 31 - Jan 1). Location is very easy to reach right of the autobahn. The hotel is modern, clean and stylish designed. Memerobilia of Charlie Chaplin everywhere as you would expect. Check-in was easy, fast and friendly. We were informed after our booking that there would be no a-la-carte service at the hotel restaurant for that evening (only New Years Eve dinner with reservation). So far so good... Arriving in the room it was rather cold (the thermostat didn't work to increase temperature). I went to fornt desk to ask for a change of temperature but she was too busy and promised to look into it later. It didn't get better. After an hour waiting (and freezing) we went to cafe for a hot tea and a bite to eat only to be told that there was not a single option to eat anything. No sandwiches, no soups, no pastries nothing. Asking for an extra heater for the room I was told one would be brought to the room. (It didn't) I went to get on myself at front desk. and only with that heater and another 2 hours of waiting for the room to slowely warm up, did it become somewhat comfortable. 👍 Then the TV. It didn't work properly, kept turnign itself off and each time we had to go through the reboot to get all the systems working again. This happended every 5-10 minutes of watching TV. Aannoing. Breakfast the next monring was very good. A good selection of high quality foods, good and freindly service. All very good. Won't stay there anymore nor would I recommend.

Very clean !!!! Staff wonderful. We had our own van so it was not a big deal that it is not walkable to restaurants or to town. What I did not like, breakfast could have been included and the parking.
