The Lady who greeted me is Maria or Marie and She was the most professional and resourceful, courteous, pleasant . My Experience was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have ever had. I have already recommended this place to several of my friends in Las Vegas and Buffalo. I will be back

Amazing place! Great high end hotel that has a different feel from other hotels. More relaxing feel but still a ton going on but without the over the top loud out of control visitors. GYM and SPA are world class (has everything). Hotel is not located in the main strip area which may be a short coming but truly there is no reason to leave especially for a short stay!

The only complaint I would have is my room not having a fridge/microwave. Everything was absolutely perfect in my opinion and I could overlook that due to the exceptional service. I would definitely recommend and I can’t wait to go back.

We were in the central tower, which has not been updated. Although the are was clean, it had an old smell. And finding your room in the maze like hallway the first time was not a good adventure. Not having a 24 hour cafe where you could just grab a bite to eat without having to deal with the sports book is a shame. The cafe they do have closes at two pm and is a little pricey. The staff were super friendly, although check in policy of only one person in line and not enough seating to accomodate the rest of your party was ridiculous. We didn't gamble, we were there for the Elvis show, which I highly recommend! Valet was amazing and cheaper than other properties. All in all in was a fun trip. Had a few hiccups, next time I would get the newer north tower.
