Ester at the front desk was so kind and lovely to deal with. Location was nice, had restaurants and stores in a walkable distance. The bathroom in the room could have definitely used a deep clean, but other than that was pleased with the room.

Check in was very quick and easy once we discovered the entrance to the hotel. They need some signage out front. The hotel was very beautiful, beds were extremely comfortable. We did have an issue with the TV and they sent a technician right up to fix our problem and it was 8pm. The breakfast was fabulous. Fresh croissants, amazing multigrain bread, fresh coffee, and many other wonderful foods. Parking was convenient but a map when we check-in and some signage would be helpful. Overall an excellent location so close to downtown.
