Hotel was fantastic. Travelled with 3 kids. Room was plenty spacious. Only con I will say was that breakfast was cold, also while sitting in the breakfast area , seen a homeless woman walk in through the front door to grab a yogurt and left (although this was caught by front desk)

We had decided impromptu to get a room due to our early flight the next day. The location was central and easy to get around from and the staff was attentive to any questions and issues we had. If coming back to Saint John, would stay here again.

Upon arriving to the room we did find a drink can shoved behind the TV. Besides that the room was clean. Breakfast was alright but just where not keeping up with replenishing the food items. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. Pool area was decent but you can tell it's old and outdated. Over all stay was nice but hotel outdated.

The room was clean and comfortable and it didn't have carpet so that was a bonus. The bathroom was tidy and functional. Hot tub was a nice temperature although it could use a scrub down as it was grungy in the corners and slightly slimy on the ledges. The buffet breakfast was really good!! The staff were very pleasant. All in all we had a great stay and would return.

Another great stay in the deluxe king suite! The jet tub is fantastic. Always super clean and comfortable!! I go back as often as I can.. Breakfast is always wonderful as well:)
