El personal y en particular Gemma muy atentos y amables. La habitación está muy bonita. Desafortunadamente en nuestro cuarto de la planta baja se escuchaba mucho ruido de arriba y del pasillo. Las almohadas son de hule y un poco duras. La ubicación del hotel y su spa son excelentes. Recomendable el hotel en términos generales.

Nous avions pris cet hôtel pour le SPA et avons été informé à notre arrivée que notre fille ne 10 ans n’y avait pas accès. L’accueil s’est par ailleurs fait 20 min après l’heure « garantie ». Plutôt décevant étant donné le niveau de prestation attendu… L’établissement lui même est très bien, neuf, très bien entretenu. Petit déjeuner de qualité.
