The first room #16 was totally unacceptable with damp and mold settling around the vent. Not at all what we were expecting. After complaining we were upgraded to the largest room in the hotel which is what we thought we would get in the first place. The best part of the experience was meeting the chef, Olivier Lataste who created sumptuous meals for us.

Charmant hôtel, bien placé avec de belles parties communes, comme la grande terrasse et le jardin. Grande piscine agréable, mais un manque de chaise longue et un plancher à refaire. Taille de la chambre plutôt dans les standards d’un Ibis rouge que d’un Ibis Style.

Hotel no adecuado para estancias largas

Lo único bueno del hotel es la limpieza y la zona de la piscina. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. el desayuno un desastre ( se acababa el pan, los huevos, leche de la maquina etc y no lo reponían). La gente de la recepción sólo hablaba francés ( ni inglés ni español) a excepción de una persona. No recomendable para vacaciones familiares

Dejaba la habitación a las 9.30 de la mañana y llegaba a las 15.30 y aun estaba sin hacer. Me quisieron cobrar de más al irme.Menos mal que tenía guardada la reserva con el precio final. Un día en el desayuno no había nada, ni platos, ni café, ni bollería.Se terminó todo y nadie reponía nada y los clientes no dábamos crédito.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est super, accueillant et souriant. J'ai super bien dormi (le but d'une chambre d'hôtel) Point + : salle de sport ouverte 24h/24 Électricité disonctionnelle dans ma chambre, ni de bouilloire (café/tisane/thé), ni de petit bureau. Pour un hôtel à 129€ la nuit c'est un peu dommage. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas bon.

Parfait en tout... et même un peu plus.

Qualité de l'accueil, literie confortable, restaurant pour le dîner et super petit-déjeuner, tout dans ce séjour a été parfait. Par ailleurs, le petit plus a été le fait de pouvoir procéder à la recharge de notre véhicule hybride sur des bornes mises gracieusement à la disposition de la clientèle. Bref, dès lors que nous devrons revenir sur Saint-jean de Luz, nous choisirons l'hôtel DONIBANE.
