This is a quaint hidden gem; in the laurentians.
There is access to jacuzzis, sauna, relaxing areas, extérieur fireplace. Many sitting areas.
You can easily be with a group or on your own.
The host family are incredibly welcoming and kind.
It is always a great place to getaway to.
A really lovely spot just 1 hour from Montreal, on a clean and beautiful lake with a private beach. Easy, well maintained and a beautiful location for swimming!
Spent a weekend at this hidden gem! They’ve done a lot of beautiful work and upgrades, and the lake is very private and quiet. There are kayaking, paddleboard, pedalboards, etc available for use.
We had a room with a lakeside view, which though small, was fantastic! We loved lying in bed and just looking at the view, with windows all across the front and side.
Close to Saint Sauveur, and fantastic food!
We had a very relaxing time. The facilities were excellent and the people were great, always looking to ensure we had a positive stay. Sitting by the lake or canoeing was so relaxing and the meals were delicious. I'd highly recommend this Auberge.
Location of property is extremely beautiful, we traveled during fall. Owner of property was responsible but the it was managed by his young son, its not maintained property. Cleanliness is good but facilities in hotel are nil & things are broken in property. Exhaust gan is sweaky. They were generous enough to upgrade our room.
We had an amazing stay! The inn is beautiful and offers many services (like a restaurant, spa, bar, bonfire, water activities and lake viewing areas). The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was lovely - extremely clean and well maintained - with a scenic view of the lake. Bathrobes were available for the spa as well as toiletries. The room was very quiet. The breakfast was delicious and affordable. We had a ton of fun canoeing in the morning - there are beautiful water lilies on the lake. The location is great, only 20 minutes from Saint-Sauveur. Highly recommend, thank you for an amazing stay!
I'm writing this as the sun sets over the lake with a cackling fire as my backdrop.
This following a wonderfully delicious dinner. Such a warm welcome and charming hosts, this is truly the perfect getaway!
Is a lovely B&B on the shore of a nice lake in NE Quebec, the place is quiet and beautiful. The service is exceptional, very nice and accommodating hosts. Worth to mention is that the food offered in the restaurant is world class, really good menu and all prepared from scratch. We went during the winter and was lovely to soak in the hot tubs looking at the sunset. I can only imagine how much to do there in the summer.
A beautiful facility. Unfortunately couldn’t use any outdoor amenities due to rainy weather. Restaurant had nice food. Although it is listed as a bed and breakfast, had to pay for breakfast. When wanted to checkout in the morning, before 9 am, had to wait for someone to come as the employee was doing the breakfast was unable touse the computer. Fortunately, I gave myself lots of time and made my appointment in time.
A clean no-frills accommodation, with access to the lake and some lake activities. They are currently doing some upgrading which would be interesting for winter (sauna it looks like?). Service was good, it was nice to be able to use the hot tub, and they had a little fireplace outside at night.
Breakfast (not included, but nice that there’s a restaurant on site) was delicious, but a little slow on service because the chef was doubling up with service that day.
Areas of improvement would be providing soap dispenser in the shared toilet upstairs, and soap toiletry too (shampoo was provided). Some of the lake activities equipment was showing its age, but was ultimately still enjoyable and relaxing.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and we couldn't have been more delighted with my experience. From the moment we walked through the doors, I’ve were greeted with warmth and hospitality.
The rooms were creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the hotel's room picturesque lake view.
What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. They were attentive, responsive, and always eager to assist with any request or question.
The hotel's dining options were also a highlight. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals that catered to a variety of tastes.
Another highlight was the inviting hot tub facility. It was impeccably maintained and positioned to take full advantage of the lake view. Soaking in the hot tub while gazing out at the tranquil waters was the ultimate way to unwind after a day of exploring.
Overall, our stay at this hotel was a memorable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, for leisure. I look forward to returning in the future.
I stayed at this hotel yesterday and was really impressed. The service was very good – staff were friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, and the location is peaceful and quiet. Perfect for a relaxing stay!
