The place was very clean and cozy. The spa was okay but closes early (9pm). We booked for 2 for 5pm-9pm. During the day, we went hiking at Mont Tremblant and did not get back to the hotel until 7pm. When we got there, the whole thing was closed and the manager said it was because we booked from 5pm. He said he closed it because we were not there. So we had to explain that we thought we can come anytime between 5pm-9pm as that was the 4-hour window we paid for to use the amenities. So whether we use it for 15 minutes or the whole 4 hrs was technically our prerogative. He re-opened it but with visible hesitation. We also asked to book for a couples’ massage and was told it was fully booked. We were the only couple in the spa so how was it fully booked? That was the only thing we didnt like.

Le spa était très bien toutes les prestations propres et en bon état très chaleureux, monsieur Jean à la réception, offre un service cinq étoiles répondant à vos demande pour vous faciliter la vie du côté des chambres, mademoiselle Claudia s’assure que tout est impeccable elle répare même les téléviseurs encore là, au service cinq étoiles. Je conseille vivement cet endroit.

Premièrement, pas de personnel à la réception j’ai du appeler pour savoir le numéro de ma chambre… j’avais une boite code pour ma clé….. pour les commodités genre spa…. Fermé aucun personnel du lundi au mercredi inclusivement…. Pour la douche…. L’eau était tiède et cela a pris beaucoup de temps avant de passer de froide à tiède… Serviette de bain et de main…. Qualité médiocre. Point positif…. La chambre très propre.
